Water / Sewage Restoration
A water restoration project is an emergency. It doesn’t take long for a water loss to cause secondary damage. This can happen fast and damage can escalate fast.
Your restoration project will be professionally handled by a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), trained through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and every aspect will be monitored to affect the most efficient cleanup possible.
We have the procedures, personnel, and tools to handle your project and ensure that a water restoration job stays just that and you experience as little down time as possible.
At On Point Restore, we take a measured, proportional approach to every restoration project.
Originates from a sanitary source and, in many of these instances, many of the finishes are salvageable.
Category II. Greywater
This type of water loss has significant contamination; enough that contact with, or consumption of, may cause sickness. This may begin as Category I, where elapsed time or other factors allowed the loss to deteriorate to Category II.
Category III. Black water (sewage and flood water)
Blood-borne pathogens, pesticides, and other toxins may be in flood waters and sewage, which is why porous materials that come into contact with these types of water losses are most-often not cost-effective to salvage.
